I've got 10+ years of experience as a Product Designer, and I've had the privilege to work at world-class design agencies such as R/GA and Fjord (now Accenture Song) as well as startups including RippleMatch (a recruitment SaaS) where I've lead the design of the company through Series A and B rounds of investment to a $200m valuation.
I hold a Product Design degree from the University of the Arts London, one of the world’s top design schools, and a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from City, University of London.

The platform matches candidates with jobs, eliminating the need for shot-in-the-dark applications to hundreds of companies. RippleMatch boasts over 2 million users from 200+ universities, focusing on early career recruitment. Under my design leadership, the company has successfully secured two investment rounds, reaching a valuation of $200 million. I'm proud to have influenced the careers of young professionals across the US and to have served 200+ clients, including eBay, Amazon, Reddit, SAP, and EY.

Shopi is an omnichannel retailing platform that provides B2B solutions that connect inventory with multiple sales channels including e-commerce, marketplaces and physical stores. I was responsible of designing their whole suite of products that cover inventory management, order management, store fulfillment, clienteling and analytics for both desktop and mobile platforms. I've particularly enjoyed working with Shopi because of how their technology blurs the line between digital and physical processes involved in retail management.

KaleCore is bathroom planning web and mobile app which empowers consumers to design and renovate their living spaces. Through online and offline channel integrations, KaleCore guides its users from inspiration through social sharing and browsing of renovation projects all the way to finding contractors that help them realize their projects designed within the app. I worked as the Lead Experience Designer on the project and it's a special one for me because the experience we've designed is an end product of the digital transformation Kale, which of one of the largest construction products manufacturers in Europe.

Kargomo is an on-demand shipping and courier app which aggregates multiple service providers to bring you instant quotes for your shipping needs. I worked as the sole product designer on the project to bring their vision of making sending packages a delightful experience where your get the best prices available and have your package picked up within minutes. We wanted to make sending a package as easy as calling a cab through a few easy steps, and provide a user-centered experience on par with services we're now used the quality of in other on-demand solutions in our lives.

Turkcell is the largest telco in Turkey with more than 36m customers and I have been lucky enough to work on the complete redesign of their .com website as a Senior User Experience Designer while I was at R/GA. Since Turkcell.com can be so many different things to so many people, we've designed the whole experience around contextual search and support where we helped users get to what they'd be looking for as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Another design pillar of the project was to tell stories while informing users about their products and services, aiming to make browsing and discovery a joyful experience that presents information in thoughtful and meaning ways.

TV+ is a cord-cutting service and redesigning their service across mobile, TV and web platforms was my first project after joining R/GA. My role as the Senior Experience Designer on the project was benchmarking what's out there, coming up with creative solutions on making the service as unique as the individuals that watched content on it and materialize our ideas the experience design. The output of the project was a streaming service that provided an ahead-of-its-time social watching experience that brings people together to watch content and share the joy of watching TV through chat and reactions.

As telco operators focus more on more on providing exclusive privileges for their customers to differentiate themselves, the gateways for these privileges play an ever more critical role as it directly multiplies or lessens the quality of the experience as a whole. Within this realm, Vodafone serves three different customer segments and accordingly give different levels of benefits. They approached Fjord in need of service design magic to package everything so that the final output felt like separate apps for different segments. As the Interaction Designer of the project, I was responsible of benchmarking, user experience design, parts of the user interface design, and interactive prototyping.

Over the last five years, Qatar has made significant progress towards becoming a leader in incorporating information technology. Qatar wanted to build on existing momentum and cement its reputation as a forward-looking, future-ready nation. It would do so by harnessing the power of tech and innovation to build a robust economy and improve the quality of life. Qatar’s Smart Nation effort is driving the realization of these ambitions. The effort of the Smart Nation Program uses the power of technology and innovation to drive sustainable economic diversification while improving the quality of life and enhancing the delivery of public services in Qatar across various top priority sectors. I worked as a Senior Service Designer as a part of a team of 4 and held workshops with experts and government representatives in 5 sectors, to come up with use cases that would turn Qatar into a Smart Nation through innovative digital services in Transportation, Logistics, Environment, Healthcare and Sports. The end-product was a playbook consisting of 100+ ideas detailed in use cases and presented on the web, which worked a guide for Qatar's path in becoming a smart nation.

Vodafone Arena (now Vodafone Park) is the home of Beşiktaş J.K football team in Istanbul with a capacity of 42,000 spectators which opened its doors in 2016. I was the Lead Interaction Designer on designing its app while I was at Fjord, and we've designed an app that complements the physical experience of the stadium through rich media such as video streams from the games, live match reports, standings and team news as well as 3D views of the stadium.

GarantiBBVA’s online banking service is the most used one in Turkey, so it's an app that is used by millions of people on day-to-day basis. Our task was to redesign their existing service adapting it to mobile devices for the first time, without any compromises on functionality.I joined this year-long project during the last four months. I was responsible for the interaction design of the mobile website and how we translated the designed service into mobile devices. While at the same I needed to ensure that the system was easy-to-use by conducting a series of user testing sessions in the lab environment and iterating on the design until we made sure we got everything right.

Enerjisa is the biggest electricity provider in Turkey and are ahead of the market standards with their conventional physical experience in providing well organized customer service centers, call centers and invoice designs. They asked for a similar push in their digital offering, so we have designed a mobile service that not only complements but also enriches the existing experience of the customers.
